Most applications are approved within 2 business days once your documentation and signatures are complete. We ask for 3–5 business days to allow for verification, since banks don't process over weekends or public holidays.

Do I need to buy a terminal, or can I rent?

Either — we offer short-term hire for events and one-off needs, long-term rentals for ongoing use, outright purchase, and quality ex-lease units at a lower price point. Whichever you choose, your merchant number application covers it in one step.

What does EFTPOS cost per month?

Costs depend on your terminal type, rate plan, and transaction volume. A fixed Paymark Network Fee of $18.90 + GST per month per terminal applies alongside your bank's own transaction fees. We'll walk you through the full breakdown before you commit to anything.
